The Perfect Balance of Flavor and Heat.

1. Guest Count & Venue The first area we must address is the guest count and your venue requirements. Depending on your venue, you will have to adjust your guest count while of course following the state guidelines. From there- we can get planning! Moving from a venue to your private residence? No problem! If you are using True Cuisine & Sweet Baby Ray’s as your catering vendor, we adjust to your venue with no problem. Here are some general areas to consider when adjusting to a new venue: Guest seating / overall new floor plan Food service style Menu & Bar Custom décor These areas will be explained next! 2. Floor plan Planning your floor plan can be tricky for micro weddings as we are still enforcing social distancing as much as possible- even at private residences! Limiting tables to 6 guests each is one way to enforce social distancing during dinner service. Allowing for as much space as possible between each guest table is also important for social distancing. If you are working with different rooms or a backyard- we make it work!

Tip 1: Spice Things Up with a Seasonal Cocktail! Looking for a simple, fun way to spice up your intimate holiday gathering? Adding a signature cocktail is a great way to kickstart your celebration. The Fall and Winter seasons are full of distinct flavors like nutmeg, cinnamon, rosemary and cranberry that pair beautifully with y o ur favorite spirits! Two of our favorite cocktails are the White Christmas Margarita and Jingle Juice. You can find the recipes for these by clicking here . Or, keep it simple by adding some peppermint flavored schnapps or spiked creamer to your favorite hot chocolate or coffee. Any of the spirits can be omitted or substituted with a non-alcoholic mixer for your younger or non-drinker guests. Cheers to a safe celebration!

We know this year has caused your gatherings to look a bit different. As new information becomes available and guidelines are updated, we continue to make safety our top priority. We have adapted the way we’re doing things to make sure you can still comfortably host a party with the ones you love. From individually wrapped meals and treats to plexiglass buffet dividers, we have you covered! There are plenty of options to consider when it comes to safely catering your event. Sneak a peek at the list below to see what may work best for you: Hors D’oeuvres Cocktail Party: This style of service allows for guests to enjoy bite sized food while mingling. No one touching the same utensils and no formal dining needed! Enhance this style by passing appetizers or prepackage some delicious bites on a table. Check out some our our menus for inspiration: Platters & Hors D’oeuvres Menu and Halloween Grab N Go Menu . Buffet Two Ways: Buffets are the most cost-effective option to serve your guests a full meal. One way to ensure your guests’ safety is to hire a buffet “attendant.” The attendant takes care of serving the guests food off the buffet to avoid guests from touching the same utensils along with set up and clean up. Plexiglass buffet shields are also used so guests can see their delicious options while our staff serves and hands the plate. Take a look at our buffet menus here: Sweet Baby Ray’s Social & Corporate Menu and True Cuisine Delivery Menu . •Formal Plated Meal: If you are hosting a formal dinner party, an elegant plated dinner is the way to go! This is also one of the safest ways to feed your guests; Each plate is individually crafted by a member of our culinary team, and brought directly to the guest it will serve. Check out our plated meal options here: True Cuisine Social & Corporate Menu . Individually Packaged Meals: As we all adapt to the “new norm,” your guests will feel safe with their own individually packaged meal! These meals are a delicious and filling option for your guests to enjoy. You can still entertain, knowing you’ve done your part to give everyone piece of mind. And as an added bonus – less clean-up! See our new individually packaged menus here: True Cuisine Individually Packaged Offerings Menu and Sweet Baby Ray’s Individually Packaged Offerings Menu . We know each event will have different needs. You can trust that we will work with you to ensure your gathering is exactly as you envision it. Contact us today to discuss your upcoming gathering. Whether it is for 10 people or 50 people, we are here to help! For more inspiration and party ideas, inquire today.
